Cyber Crisis Workshop

How does your organization respond to a cyber incident? Fox-IT will organize an interactive breakfast session for management about the impact of cyber incidents on your organization. The session will give you valuable information and experience that will be useful during a real cyber incident.

This interactive table-top exercise will allow you to experience a real world cyber-attack scenario against a fictitious organization. You will interact with participants from different industries, discussing options and then prioritizing possible countermeasure and response actions.

During the exercise, participants will be assigned to small groups. Participants will be presented with a series of events and, through group dialog, prioritize response actions given anticipated business impact, risk and cost. The outcome of your decisions will be compared throughout the session to those of other groups in the session to further facilitate learning. No technical expertise or prior experience with cyber-attacks is required.
