Job description

Here at Robin, we're passionate and dynamic; driven and forward-thinking. As an official Great Place to Work, we empower and inspire people to do their best work on their own terms. And we innovate. Every. Single. Day.

We're proud of what we do, but we also know that our success relies on you — the talented, bright and independent professionals who bring passion to your work each morning.

So, what do you think - are you a Robin?

Do you have what it takes to be our Accountant?

Read on if you think you do!

How you'll answer, "So what do you do?"

“I take care of all things financial at Robin Radar Systems.”

Mmmm. Not bad.

Here's what a Robin would say:

“I’m Robin’s Financial Guru. Along with planning and managing budgets, accounts and invoicing, it’s my job to ensure the company is performing at its financial optimum. Ommmm...”

Job requirements

Day-to-day, here's what you'll really do:

  • Perform monthly payroll and financial reports, such as profit & loss statements, liquidity, etc;
  • Set up yearly budgets across the organisation;
  • Take care of accounts receivable and payable;
  • Ensure that the invoicing runs smoothly. You book invoices and check whether they contain the correct data;
  • Analyse Robin’s financial performance and trends;
  • Take ownership of our ERP processes, being keen to improve them;
  • You’ll be the first point of contact for our financial partners and authorities;
  • You have a passion for finance and look forward to working at a fast-growing company.

In this role, you’ll be able to progress towards a Finance Manager position, as Robin grows too. You’ll be part of the Finance team and will work alongside our current Finance Manager.

Sound good? Already itching to apply?

But hold on a sec, there's a little more.

What we're after:

  • We expect you to have an education at HBO/HBO+ level;
  • At least three years of experience in a similar financial role;
  • You speak Dutch fluently, and it would be great if you speak English as well;
  • We expect you to have experience with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system: we’re using ODOO;
  • You live in The Netherlands within travelling distance to The Hague;
  • You have proven analytical skills;
  • You’re reliable, accurate and work in a very structured way. You’re comfortable working independently, as well as collaboratively, with all stakeholders at Robin.

And of course, you should identify yourself with our core values: trust, responsibility & transparency.

So, what do you say? Excited? Were you nodding all the way down here?

Then it's time to hit apply.
