Awarded the 2015 EU IPACSO Cyber Security Award and partner of the NATO NCI Agency Security Incubator. == We’re hunting for a commercial leader, reporting directly to the CEO, that brings experience and proven over-quota sales performance specifically for security organizations and drive the expansion of a global sales organization to meet EclecticIQ short and long term goals. The role will be responsible for structuring and fueling of EclecticIQ’s go to market teams, helping to drive day to day operations of high-performance sales teams, sales enablement, forecasting and strengthening processes.

 

Responsibilities

• Experience in building (global) sales teams and organizations

• Proven over-quota sales performance for security organizations

• Preferably experience in a security technology software vendor

• Direct push sales across accounts of different sizes in assigned segments

• Work with segment leads to create and execute on a go to market plans

• Creating and owning high-level relationships with assigned accounts

• Adept at communication across levels, from CISO to Analyst

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• High level of attention to detail

• Ability to travel is required

• Prior start-up experience

• Forecasting and reporting activity carefully, accurately and in a timely manner
