Service Operational Manager

Network engineering skills : technical background on Cisco LAN and Wifi networks. 3G/4G Data mobile networks

 

The SOM works both on Service Life (Continuity - running Services) and Service creation (Innovation - building Services), depending on the work-allocation. 

He/She will be under direct responsibility of the AFKL Connectivity manager. 

This job requisition is about a technical SOM profile (service operations manager) for Connectivity within AFKL Group Telecoms department. So a technical background in Telecoms is required. LAN and WIFI networks background especially.


Skills

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and quality framework 
  • Network engineering skills : technical background on Cisco LAN and Wifi networks. 3G/4G Data mobile networks.
  • Project Management skills 
  • Analytical skills 
  • Fluent in English (both orally and in writing) 
  • Travelling between various AF/KL sites to be taken into account
