Inverid (since November the new name of InnoValor) is the market leader in NFC technology for mobile identity verification. Companies and governments worldwide use our ReadID software to verify identities remotely and reduce identity fraud. In doing so, we make life easier and more secure. Customers include banks like ING, Rabobank and ASB Bank (New-Zealand), government agencies like UK Home Office and the Danish Digital Agency, and digital online/signature services from itsme, SK ID Solutions and Digidentity.

Inverid is growing rapidly and is entering a new phase in its development, with the opening of international development and sales centres, and the expansion of all development teams. We were the winner of the FD Gouden Gazelle (medium-sized companies) for the fastest-growing company in the Eastern Netherlands and are among the 250 fastest-growing scale-ups in the Netherlands. We are based in the Netherlands (Enschede), with offices in London and Valencia. We currently have 50 employees with 12 different nationalities. The working language within Inverid is English.

 

Your job

  • ReadID is an innovative and technically complex semi-product (SDK, APIs), and you are the linking pin to the customer to ensure that the customer uses and continues to use ReadID in an optimal way.

  • As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) you are a technical advisors for customers and partners seeking help with planning and deploying their Inverid software more successfully and with a focus on security.
  • You build a stable customer relationship in which constructive criticism and trust lead to results. By working with smart, critical people (client and colleague), you quickly get to the heart of the question and implement the best solution. You resolve the client potential problems before they occur, minimizing disruption and enabling the client to focus on their key business challenges.
  • As an experienced professional, you help to guide on the technology strategy, mobilizing sales, product owners and CloudOps that will work with you to get the most out of Inverids products.
  • You provide context, and prioritization for security concerns, advising customers to use tools and approaches that equip their environment to mitigate security risks while also maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • You help customers to take maximum advantage of the product by promoting relevant product enhancements and best practices.
  • You will serve as an advocate for your customers, providing clear and constructive product feedback to Inverid product management teams based on customer use-cases and requirements.
  • You take part in improving API documentation, tech guides, admin guides, FAQ’s, sample codes and whitepapers, based on your experience with customers.

What do we expect?

  • A techy person who really understand client’s needs, get to the core question in order get happy clients who smoothly use our security sensitive product.

  • You have good communication skills and can manage customer expectations well and also talk to your high-tech development colleagues.
  • A university (MSc) or Applied Sciences degree with a digital/informatics component, e.g. computer science, computer security or software engineering, or compensate this with work experience in this field. Ideally you were a IT-dropout who likes customers.
  • You have strong analytical skills to quickly resolve complex problems and prioritise them.
  • You always want to learn, you are open to feedback and trigger-happy.
  • Good command of the English language (speaking and written).
  • To collaborate with the team, you come to our office in Enschede on a regular basis, usually at least two days a week.
