Your role is to help us to become the #1 cybersecurity service provider in Europe by improving on our current state-of-the-art bug bounty platform. We have grown more than 100% every last 5 years and currently have mainly Benelux-customers. The next step for Zerocopter would be to both grow in Europe and expand on the cybersecurity products and services that we offer via our platform. 

Responsibilities:

• Make the right product decisions: challenge us in making the right product decisions

  • Make decisions based on stakeholders input.

  • Help setting up buy vs build decisions and requirement analysis

  • Lead and safeguard the product roadmap

  • Translate business and researcher needs into carefully picked and described user stories

  • Act as a day-to-day guide for the development team for product questions

• Market knowledge: you analyse the market, trends and competitive landscape.
  

• Connect the dots: work directly with the responsible colleagues and stakeholders (Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Customer Success, Finance)

What are we looking for?

• You are smart, motivated and you have the hacker mindset 

• You possess the strength and confidence to make difficult product decisions (go/no-go)

• At least 3 years of knowledge and experience in a similar role

• Experience with working in Agile/Scrum processes

• Vision and understanding about platforms and cybersecurity

• Good understanding of web technology and systems involved

• Near native English (both verbal and written)

• Strong communicator, capable of working cross-functionally
