Privacy & Data Protection Foundation (Incl. Exam S-DPF) - Virtual

Vanaf 24 mei 2016 is de General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), of in het Nederlands de Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming (AVG), van kracht. Vanaf 25 mei 2018 is het dan ook voor elk bedrijf verplicht om aan deze wet- en regelgeving te voldoen.

Privacy wet- en regelgeving (o.a. de AVG/GDPR) is voor ieder bedrijf van belang en er wordt steeds strikter op naleving gecontroleerd door de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Het is dus belangrijk dat uw organisatie daar op de juiste manier mee omgaat.

In deze cursus krijgt u aan de hand van praktijkvoorbeelden een overzicht van de rechten en plichten van uw organisatie (en van diegenen waarvan u persoonsgegevens verzameld heeft) zodat u in uw eigen omgeving adequaat advies kunt uitbrengen over hoe er met persoonsgegevens dient te worden omgegaan.

Doelgroep

De cursus Privacy & Data Protection Foundation is bedoeld voor iedereen die in zijn werk te maken krijgt met het verzamelen, bewerken of beheren van persoonsgegevens. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan:

• Aankomend privacyfunctionarissen
• Medewerkers in een call center, helpdesk of administratieve afdeling
• Accountants
• Financieel professionals
• Voorkennis

Tijdens de cursus Data Protection Foundation wordt de basis van data protectie behandeld. Er is geen voorkennis nodig om aan deze instapcursus op foundation niveau deel te nemen. Het niveau van deze cursus is mbo+.

Cursusmateriaal

U ontvangt bij aanvang van de cursus het officiële cursusmateriaal van SECO-Institute via onze portal. Het cursusmateriaal is Engelstalig en de voertaal tijdens de cursus is Nederlands. Wanneer er een boek is inbegrepen bij het cursusmateriaal ontvangt u deze op de eerste lesdag.

Examen & Certificering

De cursus Privacy & Data Protection Foundation is het eerste niveau van het SECO-Institute Cyber Security & Governance Certification program en is de voorloper van de cursus Privacy & Data Protection Practitioner.

Het SECO-Institute examen wordt extern afgenomen door SECO-Institute en bestaat uit multiple choice vragen. Na succesvolle afronding van het examen ontvangt u het certificaat “Privacy & Data Protection Foundation” en kunt u uw digitale S-DPF badge aanvragen bij het SECO-Institute.

Mocht het examen inbegrepen zitten bij de cursus, dan kunt u een mail sturen naar info@securityacademy.nl voor een vouchercode. Deze code kunt u gebruiken om via het SECO-Institute kosteloos examen te doen.
