Are you a Dutch cybersecurity company with international ambitions? Are you exploring opportunities in France or looking to strengthen your position in the European market? Then the Netherlands Pavilion at Forum InCyber Europe 2027 in Lille may be the right opportunity for your organisation.

Forum InCyber Europe is one of Europe’s leading cybersecurity events, bringing together companies, public authorities, knowledge institutions and ecosystem partners from across the continent. In 2027, the Netherlands will once again be present with a curated Pavilion in Lille, showcasing Dutch cybersecurity innovation and strengthening cooperation with France and other European partners.

A strategic and selective Dutch presence

Participation in the Netherlands Pavilion is intended for a limited number of Dutch organisations with a strong strategic fit. The Pavilion is designed for companies that want to further explore or expand their position in France, connect with relevant partners, and contribute to the visibility of the Dutch cybersecurity ecosystem in Europe.

In 2026, the Dutch presence at Forum InCyber Europe focused on Cyber by Design. In 2027, the Pavilion will build on this foundation, with a stronger emphasis on cyber sovereignty, secure products by design, and deeper sharing of expertise and talent between the Netherlands and France, addressing both the challenges and opportunities of secure digital innovation in an increasingly autonomous and interconnected environment.

Why join?

By joining the Netherlands Pavilion, you become part of a carefully selected Dutch delegation with a shared ambition: to strengthen international partnerships, explore concrete market opportunities, and contribute to Europe’s digital resilience and cybersecurity capacity.

Participation offers you the opportunity to:

  • position your organisation within a visible Dutch presence at a leading European cybersecurity forum;
  • connect with French and international stakeholders from industry, government and knowledge institutions;
  • explore business opportunities and collaboration in the French and wider European market;
  • gain relevant market insights and visibility in a highly specialised cybersecurity environment;
  • take part in networking and matchmaking activities organised around the Dutch delegation.

Who is this for?

The Netherlands Pavilion is intended for Dutch cybersecurity companies that:

  • have a clear interest in the French market;
  • are ready to internationalise further within Europe;
  • offer innovative cybersecurity solutions, services or technologies;
  • are looking for strategic collaboration with public or private partners;
  • fit the thematic focus and positioning of the Pavilion.

InCyber focus 2027 – theme: Agentic dizziness | Securing autonomous cybersecurity. Building autonomous cybersecurity?

Forum InCyber Europe 2027 is expected to address the growing impact of autonomous systems and the cybersecurity challenges they bring. In that context, the Netherlands Pavilion aims to highlight Dutch expertise in areas such as secure-by-design innovation, digital resilience, trusted technologies, and collaboration between business, knowledge institutions and government.

This direction also connects to the Netherlands’ broader strategic ambitions in cybersecurity innovation, including the development of secure digital technologies, stronger public-private cooperation, and increased European collaboration.
