You are a specialist with proven experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM). You have a good experience in IT with an excellent set of analytic, communication, and management skills. You can prepare infrastructure & Engineering (I&E) for activities related to the Business Continuty to reduce customer impact to an absolute minimum. You work in a DevOps way, closely aligning with domain BCM/DR coordinators/managers and ING squads globally.
You have the overall overview on the BCM related processes
You are capable to design and maintain the relevant framework, processes for managing business continuity
You coordinate & monitor the BCM/DR exercises with coordinators from other ING domains & relevant stakeholders
You act as a first line policy champion for the Operational Resilience Standard (ORS) for I&E
You perform ORS and BCM control compliancy checks across I&E tribes and involved in preparation of the Non financial risk score in discussion with 2nd line Information Risk Management (IRM)
You participate in BCM related audits & regular discussions at local and global level
You align with the central & Local Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)/Business continuity team
You lead the continuous improvement in the BCM process.
Ad hoc activities related to BCM like Process Control Standard (PCS) review, raising awareness on BCM topics

Proven track record in the area of Business continuity management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
Experience and thorough understanding of BCM processes and IT stack.
Certification in business continuity management is a plus.
Strong analytic skills.
Agile in working hours (no 9-5 mentality, standby shifts (if required)).
Self-driven, proactive, and organized, with the ability to identify what needs to be done.
Results-oriented, and striving to deliver value-adding services.
Strong team player who takes responsibility.
Strong problem solver to structure and improve complex situations.
Excellent command of spoken and written in English.
Professional and intellectual IT ability at university level - at least a Bachelor's degree
