For our Eindhoven Office we are currently seeking a skilled and talented strategist with a broad innovation perspective, bridging the worlds of strategic design and business.

What your typical day looks like

You help clients in creating future value propositions, as well as concrete solutions in their offering and customer engagement. In this role you help clients to stay relevant by transforming their portfolio and brands, with a keen eye for the customer and the changing landscape.

You work on exciting projects with international clients in various industries. You deliver your strategic expertise, and take a pro-active role in project management, creating project proposals and building client relationships. You will be responsible for the quality and strategic direction of the project and contribute to the creative part. You work with a inspiring and fun cross-studio team of colleagues that bring together a wide range of design expertise.

Who you are

Someone who dares to show us your vision, passion and work mentality. You are able to take a holistic view and show balance between analytical and creative skills: integrating service design approaches with business thinking.

You bring to VanBerlo the following proficiencies

• Master’s degree in strategic (service) design
• Proven relevant working experience in this field (preferably 5-6 years)
• Trained skills in appropriate strategic innovation frameworks, tools and approaches 
• Affinity with or interest in modern business, like digital ecosystems and platforms
• Showing comfort to take a consulting role and interactively collaborate with (clients’) teams
• Result-driven, self-starting and able to take ownership
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Willing to travel
