As our global footprint continues to grow our Enterprise Data Management & Analytics team are seeking an IT Development Lead to be based in UK or Netherlands, working remotely, who will lead the analysis, development, and modification of complex information systems programs

 

What you’ll learn & achieve:

  • Recommends innovative approaches to leverage new and existing software, and other technologies as necessary. Identifies, researches, and designs supporting solutions in Data and Process Integration domain
  • Leads projects /develops and maintain technology roadmaps in all technology areas and with data and process   Integration , Interoperability  and  Information Management.
  • Develops and designs technology within Integration domain.
  • Performs complex analysis and translation of business, information, and technical requirements to achieve IT solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develops design specification and deliverables that support of system enhancements.
  • Develops business-focused requirements for the technical architecture, evaluates alternative technologies, and recommends appropriate solutions that fit current Software products architecture. Determines optimal mix of key service levels in technical designs.
  • Experienced in business process improvement, identifying and documenting work as it’s delivered today and using recommendations and business teams input to create an ideal future state 

What makes you a great fit:

  • Knowledge of Integration frameworks offered by SaaS applications like Salesforce , Oracle CPQ and MDM platforms
  • Advanced understanding of Oracle PaaS offerings and architecture
  • Experience with all aspects of the software life cycle and development methodologies
  • Experienced in developing Integration strategy , Patterns and framework in a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to: relational databases, web services (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, and other API standards), API-driven design, messaging patterns, ETL , CDC and application development best practices .
  • Extensive experience in designing integrations using Oracle's iPaaS tools and Data Management integrations tools.
  • Technical experience with integration / middleware platform in iPaaS focused on either Oracle SOA Cloud and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Experienced in leading Integration solutions in enterprise wide transformation initiatives .
  • Design Development and administration of integration / middleware using Oracle Integration Cloud(OIC), Oracle SOA Cloud (SOA CS), and / or Oracle SOA Suite
  • Extensive design and development experience using integration/orchestration platform such as Oracle SOA, Oracle Integration Cloud and/or other comparable integration platform
  • Proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business process technical solutions across different SaaS systems like Oracle ERP, Salesforce
  • Strong DevOps/ CI/CD process architecture/engineering, Jenkins, GIT, VFS, Source Code tools
