Inverid (since November the new name of InnoValor) is the market leader in NFC technology for mobile identity verification. Companies and governments worldwide use our ReadID software to verify identities remotely and reduce identity fraud. In doing so, we make life easier and more secure. Customers include banks like ING, Rabobank and ASB Bank (New-Zealand), government agencies like UK Home Office and the Danish Digital Agency, and digital online/signature services from itsme, SK ID Solutions and Digidentity.

Inverid is growing rapidly and is entering a new phase in its development, with the opening of international development and sales centres, and the expansion of all development teams. We were the winner of the FD Gouden Gazelle (medium-sized companies) for the fastest-growing company in the Eastern Netherlands and are among the 250 fastest-growing scale-ups in the Netherlands. We are based in the Netherlands (Enschede), with offices in London and Valencia. We currently have 50 employees with 12 different nationalities. The working language within Inverid is English.


Your job

  • To be the first entry point for questions for our customers

  • To be an sensor for latent customer dissatisfaction
  • To triage the customers questions by categorizing and prioritizing it and routing them to the colleagues best prepared to helpT
  • To analyse error logs and prioritize the proper response
  • To write good bug reports
  • To roll out new releases of our innovative product
  • Use your experience to update the documentation towards customers and continuously improve it so that processes become better standardized and your work is about the interesting exceptions
  • To work in a global context with customers worldwide, with highly educated colleagues of various nationalities

What do we expect?

  • You want to grow further but don't yet know exactly in which direction. You'll know after 2 years in this role!

  • Learn quickly in a short time by continuously collaborating with MSc's and PhD's with diverse specialists
  • A critical and analytical mindset and someone who questions everything
  • You have good communication skills and can manage expectations well
  • A university (MSc) or Applied Sciences degree with a digital/informatics component, e.g. computer science, computer security or software engineering, or compensate this with work experience in this field. Ideally you are a IT-dropout who likes customers 😉
  • Good command of the English language (speaking and written)
  • To collaborate with the team, you come to our office in Enschede most of the days
