Starting with our standup, the colleagues discuss what they are doing and the level of the interactions is always exciting, people share in details their last implementations and new ideas are always flying, we are a team connected to latest developments in software engineering and fond of new approaches. In the spirit of true agile, you face your tasks in a way to make visible progress every day.
You model business objects on UML diagrams, review with our colleagues and then move on to discuss how a service for those objects should be designed. Then you start developing your API’s to provide a reusable way to use data and collaborate with data engineers to spot the best design. On top of that, you participate on the assemble of the infrastructure needed to host all the pieces that compound a DW solution.
There are no boring moments at your integration team and every day is an opportunity to learn something.
Data Foundation is a team of 80 people (and we expanding!) that has the mission to deliver finance and risk data to applications and make it easy for consumption. We accomplish this combining state of the art software solutions with a keen understanding of the underlying business using the data we provide. We are proud of our craftmanship and always looking for innovative ways to improve our solutions.
