DTACT's mission is to transform data from any source and of any volume into valuable insights as quickly and easy as possible and we're looking for a seasoned professionals to help us do that! Please apply if you're eager to play a crucial role in developing and / or managing our data processing and data analytics platform. In this role, you will collaborate with an international and multidisciplinary team of engineers and data scientists. This role is 100% remote. We do NOT offer visa sponsorship for this role. By default, we offer a 1-year contract that has the potency to convert into a fulltime role based on performance and market needs. The ideal candidate appreciates a startup mentality and works in Central European Time zone (CET) or Eastern Time zone (EST).

 

What You’ll Do:


  • Define product features and requirements on product roadmap.
  • Drive productization process and work closely with Data Science, Dev Ops, Client Services, and Operations teams.
  • Lead a team of technical writers, product designers, QA engineers, and product educators.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders to bridge the gap between market needs and product offering.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of products and use quantitative insight to drive improvements in both quality and design.
  • Design and drive quarterly Key Results for your team that support Company objectives.
  • Create dashboards, set team goals, track performance, and investigate unforeseen changes.
  • Communicate effectively by preparing and presenting decks to various stakeholders.

 

What You’ll Bring:


  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in data products.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data driven product design, decentralized data mesh, and virtual data warehouse.
  • Strong database storage, querying, and data visualization skills (i.e. SQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Strong collaboration skills with an Agile approach.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to document requirements and work collaboratively.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical feedback to a diverse group of stakeholders including customers.
  • Certified Scrum Master is a plus.
