Our Digital Risk Protection platform offers automated asset discovery and assessment. It supports customers to prioritise, mitigate and monitor risks. Continuous data quality, integration, reporting and alerting will shorten their cyber-security journey.



At Cybersprint we deliver a state-of-the-art SaaS solution to our customers. We need to support our customer during the entire customer journey, from the initial demonstration, deep dive sessions and regular customer meetings. We are now looking for a dedicated Solution Consultant who supports our Sales & Customer Success Management team in getting the most out of Cybersprint. You will serve as a true product specialist/evangelist and work on mapping customer’s needs & use-cases on to our solution.




  • Assist in delivering Proof of Value projects
  • Provide technical support towards prospects, leads and customers
  • Point of contact for technical counterparts at prospects
  • Give technical presentations at prospects & customers
  • Guide customers through integration journey
  • Build relationships with technical counterparts at our customers
  • Prepare the platform and guide prospects and customers through our solution
  • Support customers in Proof of Values
  • Support/discuss default technical integration options with customers (e.g. ServiceNow, TopDesk, Anomali, EclecticIQ, SIEMs etc)
  • Design and discuss custom integrations with customers (and ensure custom development is limited)
  • Continuously develop market knowledge on TIP/ITSM/BI tools & integrations
  • Advise customers on usage of Cybersprint data in own service management tooling and business processes
  • Evangelize new product features at customers
  • Support implementation of new product features (technical customer support)
  • Serve as 2nd/3rd line in support process
  • Gather customer requests and ideas to build our roadmap
  • Be liaison in the product development team for customer related requests (support development team in making right choices in product development)
  • Identify opportunities to expand our state-of-the-art technology
  • Advise on improving customer workflow and processes in our products and services



  • You possess several years of experience in SaaS/agile software environments
  • You understand (cyber)security and the challenges people are facing
  • Proven track record in industries like Financial Services, Government and/or Retail
  • You hold a bachelor or master’s degree
  • You have knowledge of SaaS solutions, integrations and industry standard tooling
  • You understand customer centricity
  • You are eager to present to customers, support closing deals and preventing churn
  • You can build bridges between techies and business focused stakeholders
  • You must be fluent in English
  • You have high attention to detail
  • Ability to cooperate with highly skilled techies, eager sales managers and demanding customers
  • You learn fast and can quickly act in a fast-growing environment
  • Hands-on mentality combined with the ability to manage multiple customers at the same time of different complexity
  • You are process minded but



  • You are able to quickly understand how a customer’s organization functions and how our platform can add value to their business
  • You can manage relations on different levels (operation/tactical/strategical)
  • You are keen to support the rapid growth of Cybersprint and are willing to contribute in growing the business
  • Understands what it’s like to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Has worked with SaaS solutions and integrations
  • Has a proven track record in (cyber) security
  • Experience in sectors like Government, Financial Services and Retail
