Responsibilities

Check Point is leading the next paradigm shift in cloud security and is looking for cloud security business & sales manager inThe Nordics.On top of existing leading-edge cloud security technologies, Check Point recently acquired Dome9, a revolutionary and acclaimed set of SAAS solutions for public cloud security. You will have a chance to be a leader within the fastest growing business in Check Point, while driving and promoting our cloud Security business (Public Cloud, Private Cloud, SDN  and NFV) across the entire region with direct engagement with the largest enterprise companies in the world. 


Join us and work closely with leading-edge technology vendors such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Ali Cloud, VMWare, Cisco, and OpenStack vendors to lead the company sales and go-to-market strategy across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Benelux.

  • Targeting top Check Point customers in The Nordics & Benelux for Cloud Contacts, defining a target list and generating a mobile pipeline directly with those contacts.
  • Developing territory sales and marketing plans to drive revenue
  • Working closely with Nordics pre-sales engineers and virtual subject matter experts to technically win opportunities. Organizing resources to be successful in closing business
  • Being the central contact for all Nordics Cloud Security issues- feeding back Product, Pricing and Market information to the wider organization- acting as a focused team lead for Mobility in the region
  • Being a single point of contact and knowledge in the CloudGuard space both internally and in front of the Channels and End users
  • Focusing on 2/3 VAR partners to drive a pipeline and business within The Nordics & Benelux.
  • Selling, demonstrating and presenting our CloudGuard solutions to end users and partners executives. Managing the sales cycle for all of the key customers in the region.
  • Planning the territory, looking for new business opportunities. Defining a list of target accounts and personally and proactively driving the pipeline to close.
  • Defining and delivering weekly sales forecast
  • Taking full ownership of the role, managing conflicting constraints and driving each project to successful completion
 
Desired Background 

• 3-8 years in a Field Sales position with a software company or technology related company
• Proactive, focused and intelligent
• Able to demonstrate ability to marshal resources to be successful
• Background in selling Cloud security solutions to Enterprise customers preferred
• Strong selling skills into major accounts, with an understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles.
• Willingness to call into executive contacts and strategically position Check Point as a business solution, and not just a product fit.
• A proven track record of success is critical
• Must be a self-starter, who is self-sufficient with a positive attitude, and a strong closer
• Fluent in Norwegian, Danish and/or Swedish
