Description:

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated insider risk consultant to join our amazing team at Signpost Six. If you’re an ambitious individual with experience in the field of (international) security, consulting and/or insider risk, then we want to work with you!

Why Signpost Six?

Signpost Six is the leading insider risk firm in Europe. Our secret to success? A relentless focus on quality, integrity and sustainability. Become part of a thriving organisation with exceptional people and a culture of ownership, openness, innovation and collaboration.

What will you do?

As an insider risk consultant you’ll work on one or multiple large projects on an (inter)national level. You’ll be (partly) responsible for managing all aspects of a project, from acquisition to its delivery. Activities will include:

  • Drive the delivery of and providing direction within a project, working closely with the relevant business leads and stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • Continuous investment in yourself as an insider risk expert. Maintain an understanding of the insider risk field through research, networks and other means.
  • Contribute to our role as market leader within the field of insider risk. This can entail acquisition of projects, contracting and relationship management.

About us

We are an insider risk training and consultancy firm helping organisations retain the value of their critical people and assets, by offering a holistic approach to mitigating insider risks from nation-state espionage and organised crime. Composed of a team of experienced consultants with deep expertise in psychology, intelligence, insider risk and business, we support clients in implementing appropriate countermeasures through our specialised offerings and/or partnerships.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience with defining, implementing, and maintaining consulting best practices, with an ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the field of security, intelligence and/or insider risk management would be preferable.
  • Ambition to work on complex issues, where analysis of situations or data requires a broad knowledge of the client company.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and style flexibility. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to conceptualise concepts into deliverables.
  • Fluency in English and/or Dutch is mandatory.
