CTI Specialist

As a CTI Specialist at ON2IT, you’ll be at the heart of our cybersecurity operations. You analyze advanced threats, translate intelligence into concrete actions, and work closely with the SOC and CSIRT to proactively protect our clients. With your sharp analysis, overview, and communication skills, you help clients continuously improve their cybersecurity posture within the Zero Trust strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and assess vulnerabilities, threats, and relevant intelligence sources for ON2IT and its clients;
• Enhance internal and external threat intelligence sharing processes;
• Support SOC and CSIRT teams with threat intelligence, incident response, and forensic analysis;
• Maintain and optimize Threat Intelligence Platforms (such as MISP, OpenCTI);
• Develop automation solutions to improve efficiency in CTI processes;
• Draft advisories and intelligence briefings on critical vulnerabilities and threats;
• Extract and manage Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) from reports and investigations.

Requirements:

• You hold a degree in IT such as cybersecurity, computer science;
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a CTI, SOC, CSIRT, or equivalent work experience;
• You hold recognized cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, GCIH, GCTI, GCFA, SANS FOR578, or FOR508;
• You are familiar with standards and frameworks such as STIX/TAXII, MITRE ATT&CK, YARA, and Sigma and TLP;
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments;
• You have a good command of the English language.
