Cyber security internship

MYCB1Group B.V. is data-driven healthcare platform. An important part of this process is the protection of data. For this we are currently looking for a cybersecurity intern to help us realize our goal to protect our data and maintain our ISO 27001 and NEN 7510-1 certifications. 

The Position

We are looking for an intern to work alongside our technical expert in the field of security. This internship demands a person who can work independently and knows how to handle the maintenance and development of an ISMS system and ensure the general protection of the company. 

Subtasks include handling communications on cybersecurity, such as between the CEO, CTO, partners, board members, but also (international) colleagues; analysing potential threats, programs, partners, suppliers and supply chains, etc.; managing and updating the ISMS system; making risk assessments; tasks can be extended upon to include personal interests. 

Who are you?

• You don’t just take things for granted, and want to know how everything works, and how to improve it. 
• You possess an analytical mind, and have no problem communicating with people within and without knowledge similar to yours. 
• You are currently enrolled in a HBO or university where you study in a field related to computer science and/or cyber security. 
• You are aware of technological developments and can envision how to apply these to the company. 
• You can work well independently, and also as a member of a diverse team.
• You think big and are ambitious and resourceful.
• You have a good understanding of English and Dutch (comprehension of German to any extent is a plus, but not necessary).
