Description:

Your new role as Director Sales and Business Development: Secure Development Products will put you in the commercial driver’s seat to help scale up our new security test products aimed at the developer community. Our software test product has come out of MVP and achieved the first customers already.

In this challenging position, you will be our entrepreneur to drive the commercial success of this new product area, focused on security tooling that helps development teams create more secure products and “Make Mallory go Elsewhere”. After spending some time becoming closely acquainted with our other services, tools, skills and company philosophy, you will be self-driven and roll-up your sleeves to deliver your performance targets.

You will work closely with the Product Manager to optimize the commercial model and work with our first customers to achieve scaling success with the product. You are responsible for identifying opportunities and devising effective entry strategies, representing the product(s) in a (virtual) public setting, driving a pipeline of prospects together with your SDR and closing deals successfully to hit your sales targets.

Together with the services sales team, you will also grow relationships with our existing international customers, build relationships with the new DMU (developer teams) and through those relationships drive our share of wallet as we are able to serve the customer better overall.

You will contribute to industry events and public relations materials, including the website, sales and marketing presentations, white papers, brochures and other collaterals as needed. Alongside our colleagues in Delft, San Francisco and Shanghai, you will put in place the right marketing and sales activities to help differentiate our product from the competition.

As team leader of the Developer Products team, you will report to the Vice President Sales Products.
