Head of Information Security

As the Head of Information Security, reporting to the CTO, you will be responsible for developing and driving the execution of the company’s information security strategy and policies. Aligned with our business objectives, this role ensures the protection of our assets and those of our stakeholders while fostering a culture of security and resilience across the organization. You will lead efforts to address evolving risks, ensure compliance, and empower a talented team to uphold and advance our security posture.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute an information security strategy aligned with our business goals, ensuring policies and procedures protect our company’s and stakeholders' critical assets.

• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across the organization, implementing robust measures to minimize exposure.

• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to data security, keeping our company audit-ready at all times.

• Awareness and Training: Cultivate a security-first culture by educating employees on best practices, regulatory requirements, and the importance of safeguarding information.

• Proactive Adaptation: Stay ahead of evolving security threats and trends, continuously refining our strategies to meet new challenges.
