Riscure is a young and dynamic organisation that specialises in developing security test tools and testing the security of smart cards, pay-TV systems, smart meters, automotive and mobile payment applications. Based in the technology hotbed of Delft, Riscure offers its services with a team of technical and academic professionals.

 

In this challenging new position, you will be involved in all commercial aspects of our Tools unit. After spending time becoming closely acquainted with our proposition, skills and company philosophy, you will carry out your tasks independently. During the sales process, you maintain good contact with our international customers and focus on driving sales for our growing product and service portfolio with the established customer base. Listening to customers, bringing new offerings under their attention and translating their needs into exciting proposals distinguishes you as an excellent sales. You identify opportunities and contribute to devising an intelligent entry strategy for new markets. You contribute to industry events and public relations materials, including creating and maintaining the website, advertorials, white papers, and brochures. Together with different colleagues, you determine which marketing and communications activities make the difference. You report to the Commercial Director of the Tools unit.

 

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic professional with a technical degree, a passion for technology, and with a strong commercial drive. You have proven that you can convert market demands into commercial results. You feel at home in a small company and can bring technical security concepts into the limelight with enthusiasm. You have a good feel for content, know how to create an appealing brochure or mailing, and enjoy working in an innovation-rich environment. You should also be a born networker and organiser who knows how to represent Riscure in the right places and situations within the industry.

 

Other requirements:

  • University/higher professional education degree (technical)
  • Strong affinity with tools and technology
  • At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position e.g. product management or (international) sales of tools
  • Drive to sell products
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Independent and result-oriented
  • Team-player
  • Self-critical and creative
