What you’ll learn & achieve:

The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting multiple Salesforce Orgs and related applications. You will be part of our global team on the front lines providing support to our global Salesforce users.

In addition, you may at times help with configuration and testing in both our Salesforce and FinancialForce Professional Services Automation (PSA) environments.

The position requires a strong communicator and an individual with a team oriented approach. The successful candidate will possess the ability to interact and effectively communicate with internal customers, local and remote teams, technical support teams and quality assurance teams.


  • Provide functional/technical support for Salesforce, including but not limited to system configuration, report assistance, data maintenance and system maintenance.
  • Open and follow-up on service support tickets
  • Maintain user profiles, role hierarchy, sharing rules and security settings
  • Assist in project testing, implementation, and documentation activities
  • Work with other IT teams to support Salesforce/PSA integrations with key applications
  • Well versed on MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Review changes in upcoming releases of Salesforce; provide recommendations and documentation regarding features to implement


What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline plus generally four years of directly related experience
  • 2 or more years providing Salesforce.com support leveraging ServiceNow or similar helpdesk tool
  • 1 or more years of Salesforce.com administration experience, certification preferred
  • Strong data maintenance skills, ability to help on data clean-up and data loading activities
  • Salesforce.com administration knowledge, including dashboarding and reporting
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide support for multiple complex Salesforce Orgs
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and participation in multiple projects
  • FinancialForce PSA experience preferred
  • Service Cloud and CPQ experience preferred
  • Demonstrated successful experience in maintenance operations preferably at an IT Services or related industry
  • Demonstrated previous customer supporting roles
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to work in a team-oriented environment
