A value-added distributor, BlueFinch-ESBD is a company of about fifteen employees, specialized in the distribution and integration of software dedicated to the security of digital data. Our sales and technical teams are spread over 3 sites, in France (Annecy and Neufchâteau) and in Holland (The Hague).

BlueFinch-ESBD is also a founding member of the European BBES Group, which has about 1500 customers from all sectors and all sizes in Europe.

 

What you will be doing

  • Manage the teams that provide services and consultancy
    • lead the teams and understand their needs
    • safeguard the technical knowledge and organize training
    • assist consultants in managing complex projects
    • ensure that the team complies with SLAs
    • oversee recruiting consultants and expand the team
  • Be business oriented
    • grow the services & consulting business and develop the portfolio
    • listen to the needs of customers and improve the offering in a pragmatic way
    • guarantee customer satisfaction and the quality of the services provided
    • liaise with and assist the sales representatives in successfully offering these services
  • Report directly to the BlueFinch-ESBD Board
    • be responsible for the result, quality and profitability of the BU
    • be able to define a roadmap and set future goals
    • able to manage KPIs to present operational and financial reporting to the board

 

Requirements

  • Business and/or IT related experience (7 to 10 years)
  • Proven track record in managing business as well as people
  • Experience in an international organisation
  • Located centrally in France (Paris region) or the Netherlands
  • Always ready to travel between offices in France, Netherlands and Denmark
  • Fluent in English and French
