What you need to know:
Act as the Multinational "Account Administrator/Project Manager " for all lines of coverage for assigned multinational clients
Responsible for all pre & post bind activities across all relevant stakeholders in the design and implementation of an international insurance program, using agreed multinational knowledge, workflow and program administration tools
Proactively manage all stakeholders to monitor the scope of the service agreement on your assigned client portfolio; and deliver service solutions that meet or exceed agreed client service expectations/SLA’s
Support the articulation of AIG’s value proposition to clients and brokers so that all parties understand and commit to roles, responsibilities and expected timelines
Build strong relationships with Product line Distribution personnel and underwriters to promote AIG Multinational
Help identify, support and contribute to internal and external strategies that align our product offerings and grow AIG multinational business
What we’re looking for:
Ideally 3 years+ insurance experience, preferably client servicing (broker or company)
Knowledge of commercial insurance products
Process oriented / Strong administration skills
Computer literacy required: IT packages, MS Outlook, Excel, Word
Good written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and oral)
Highly motivated and ability to work autonomously and on own initiative
Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet tight deadlines/ SLAs
Team player able to cope with multiple priorities and organizational skills
Client focused
Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the following skills:
