ING is looking for a Risk Professional - Business Control Officer (1st Line Of Defence) to ensure that ING's activities are in line with regulatory and internal requirements and run smoothly in such a way that it can be demonstrated to the internal stakeholders, regulators and the outside world.

What you'll do
Contribute to the integrity of ING's products, services, employees and compliance with respect to the outside world. To, for management, identify risks and perform risk management as per the Enterprise Risk Management methodology for the various Risk focus areas such as Operational Risk Management, Information Risk Management and Compliance (Non-Financial Risk).
Support and advise management in managing these risks and the in-control process. The objective is to identify, classify and reduce the various risks in the business to enable management to control risks and hence prevent or mitigate possible losses for ING.
How to succeed
CISM and/or CISA certification (Certifications in the area of Audit, Information Security, (Enterprise) Risk Management)
In-depth knowledge of Risk Management procedures and methodologies, risk assessments, etc.
Experience and / or background in IT engineering and / or Sourcing is considered as a pre.
Good written and verbal English language experience (we are an international team operating within an international setting with a diverse mix of cultures and personalities.
