Inverid (since November the new name of InnoValor) is the market leader in NFC technology for mobile identity verification. Companies and governments worldwide use our ReadID software to verify identities remotely and reduce identity fraud. In doing so, we make life easier and more secure. Customers include banks like ING, Rabobank and ASB Bank (New-Zealand), government agencies like UK Home Office and the Danish Digital Agency, and digital online/signature services from itsme, SK ID Solutions and Digidentity.


Inverid is growing rapidly and is entering a new phase in its development, with the opening of international development and sales centres, and the expansion of all development teams. We were the winner of the FD Gouden Gazelle (medium-sized companies) for the fastest-growing company in the Eastern Netherlands and are among the 250 fastest-growing scale-ups in the Netherlands. We are based in the Netherlands (Enschede), with offices in London and Valencia. We currently have 50 employees with 12 different nationalities. The working language within Inverid is English.


To take advantage of the current momentum in the various market segments, we are immediately looking for several assistants for our Sales Managers.


Your Job

  • Generating relevant leads and making appointments with customers for sales managers

  • Inbound:
    - Analyse inbound traffic on website and LinkedIn
    - Follow-up on leads and opportunities coming in via socials and events; picking up leads and giving them proper attention
  • Outbound:
    - Identifying key developments, posts, news etc. from potential target accounts and contacts
    - Systematically identifying and approaching relevant contacts at potential target accounts and entering into dialogue with relevant contacts on the basis of content
    - Approaching accounts and contacts that were lost or were put on-hold
  • Events:
    - Preparing by making appointments for the attending sales managers
    - Follow up with contacts in consultation with sales managers
  • Administering everything correctly in CRM (Hubspot)
  • You provide the sales managers with business intelligence for the leads to help maximise conversion
  • Picking up market signals, analyzing competitors, researching your markets and benchmarking our products
  • Working on the basis of clear KPIs
  • Can be a nice stepping stone to role of sales manager

Who are you?

  • You are customer-oriented, a good listener and think in terms of value for the customer

  • You have strong sales and conversation skills. You speak and write English as if you were a (near) native speaker. Other languages are a plus
  • You have more than one year of experience in a similar role or have worked for a large (international) company for one year. You would like to grow within the (sales) organization
  • You have a relevant bachelor/Higher education or master degree. For example, Business Information Technology (BIT) or Business Economics
  • You currently live in the Netherlands or are willing to relocate here. You work at least 2 days a week at the head office in Enschede
  • You are interested in digital developments and want to have a good understanding of Inverid's product and customer applications
  • You like measurable results and strive to continuously improve yourself and the process
  • You have the ability to give remote presentations and demos to customers
