Security Architect

What You’ll Do:

• Design & Implement Security Architectures:

  • Create end-to-end security solutions tailored to business needs and regulatory requirements.

• Assess & Mitigate Risks:

  • Conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend effective countermeasures.

• Develop Security Policies:

  • Establish and maintain security standards, policies, and procedures aligned with client needs and Accenture’s framework.

• Provide Technical Guidance:

  • Lead security design reviews and support project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Collaborate & Innovate:

  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand security requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies, recommending proactive enhancements to security practices.

• Be a Subject Matter Expert:

  • Offer guidance on security-related matters to internal teams and clients.

  • Participate in incident response activities, including investigation, analysis, and remediation.

• Drive Innovation:

  • Contribute to Accenture’s security offerings through research, knowledge sharing, and development of intellectual property.

Qualification

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in information security, including at least 2 years as a Security Architect.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, protocols, and technologies (e.g., encryption, authentication, access control, network security).
• Hands-on experience with tools like SIEM, DLP, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and cloud security solutions.
• Familiarity with industry standards/frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST 800-53 or CSF, CIS Controls, GDPR).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex security challenges.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are highly desirable.
• Experience in consulting or working with multinational clients is a plus.
