We’re expanding our SAP practice and looking for experienced professionals who thrive at the intersection of Integration, SAP BTP, and enterprise‑scale architecture. Whether your strength lies in designing end‑to‑end integration landscapes or shaping modern BTP‑driven architectures, you’ll play a key role in major S/4HANA transformations—greenfield, brownfield and selective migrations. You’ll help clients modernize their integration layer, guide moves from PI/PO to Integration Suite, and design cloud‑ready solutions that seamlessly connect business processes across systems.

Your challenges

We are looking for a seasoned SAP BTP Integration Architect to join our SAP practice. In this role, you'll design, implement, and oversee cutting-edge integration solutions for SAP S/4HANA (both on-premise and public cloud) leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and using the SAP Cloud best practices and integration patterns.

You will play a pivotal role in transformation projects including greenfield implementations, system conversions (brownfield), and selective data transitions (Bluefield), ensuring seamless integration across diverse systems and migrating interfaces from SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite.

This is what you bring

Must have:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP integration, including hands-on architecture experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite
  • Experience with SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, (Advanced) Event Mesh, Trading Partner Management, and Integration Advisor
  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation programs
  • Background in integrating SAP S/4HANA (including Public Cloud) with both SAP and non-SAP systems using modern integration approaches
  • Proven experience in designing integration architectures aligned with SAP Clean Core principles and extensibility framework

Nice to have

  • A completed academic degree (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
  • Understanding of integration approaches such as synchronous/asynchronous, real-time, event-driven, API-led, and batch processing
  • Experience transitioning integrations from SAP PI/PO to SAP CPI, including familiarity with migration approaches and practices
  • Familiarity with Integration Solution Advisory Methodology (ISA-M) or similar frameworks
  • Knowledge of integration lifecycle management, including security, governance, monitoring, and error handling
  • Understanding of S/4HANA implementation approaches (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield)
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
  • SAP certifications (e.g., Integration Suite or S/4HANA Cloud) are an advantage
  • Dutch language skills or willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with other integration platforms is a plus
  • Interest in (generative) AI and motivation to explore its application in your work

Not sure whether to apply because you don’t meet every requirement? If this role excites you and you see yourself in the profile, we’d love to hear from you. Because we believe talent grows and shows up in many different ways.

What will you do?

  • Design and deliver integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration/CPI, API Management, Event Mesh, Integration Advisor)
  • Help shape and guide integration architectures for SAP S/4HANA public and private cloud environments
  • Contribute to integration strategies across greenfield, brownfield, and Bluefield projects
  • Support the migration of interfaces from SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite to ensure continuity and reliability
  • Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and co-develop scalable integration solutions
  • Apply frameworks such as ISA-M to define and document integration approaches
  • Share knowledge and support colleagues, contributing to consistent quality and ways of working
  • Help evaluate and select suitable integration patterns (API-led, event-driven, batch, hybrid) based on business needs
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, such as workshops, demonstrations, and solution discussions
