About EYE

Eye is on a mission: digitally securing SMEs in Europe. This initiative stems from the dream of former employees from the intelligence and security services in the Netherlands, to also protect smaller companies against the increasing threat of cybercrime. We have been doing this since 2020 and we are now a team of almost 30 passionate and talented experts who collectively hate (digital) injustice. Will you join our fight?

Who are we looking for?

You will become part of one of the fastest growing start-ups in cybersecurity. We work hard, but we have just as much fun. You will work with colleagues who belong to the top of Cyber Security specialists. You will also receive training from them once you get started.

• You have affinity with customer contact
• You are an adrenaline junkie when it comes to fighting injustice
• You have completed a technical HBO study or have previously gained work experience as a support engineer, system administrator or another IT-related role that has a technical component to a certain extent
• Being passionate about IT is a plus
• You are familiar with the ins and outs of IT
• You speak fluent French

Your Role at EYE

As a Delivery Engineer at EYE, you are at the centre of the cybersecurity operations. This means that you ensure the best customer experience together with a strong internal delivery Team. You take consultations to a higher level, where you are able to answer technical questions. Thanks to you, we can take our service to the next level and customers can count on a good a stable service. Additionally:

• You are up-to-date with the onboarding status of new customers
• You immediately deal with technical questions from customers
• You present the results of our cybersecurity scan in an advisory meeting with customers
• You are the technical brain in conversations with leads or customers
• You work together with the Sales department during consultations (pre-sales)
• You will form the basis of our support engineering team. You have vision for setting up a team and at the same time you are able to implement this operationally
