We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to strengthen our Kinly Products. The successful candidate for this role will receive an outstanding opportunity to enhance our Kinly Video offering and take part in designing of the breakthrough system in videoconferencing industry that will automatize workflow over video calls as a service. In this role you will truly be able to shape the future of Kinly and work along committed, seasoned specialists in the video conferencing domain together making impact on the way thousands of people in the world communicate.



More about the position

Your role as a DevOps Engineer is to help Kinly build functional systems that improve customer experience. The development team is deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. We are looking for an expert collaborator because this role requires to build upon the work of your counterparts on development and IT teams to scale cloud programs and create workflow processes.



  • Build automation, processes, and frameworks to automate provisioning of infrastructure and platform;
  • Bridge any knowledge gaps between Operations and Development teams;
  • Work efficiently with an exceptional attention to detail around a high security environment;
  • Evaluating new technologies and weighing their pros/cons to stakeholders;
  • Working collaboratively with various teams to adopt the new technology and increase overall skillset within the team;
  • Mentor and motivate others to push positive change in terms of process and technology;
  • Work collaboratively across team boundaries to share common capabilities.


What do you bring?

  • At least 7 years of experience as a Platform Engineer and/or Software Engineering;
  • Deep understanding of DevOps practices;
  • Expertise in network and security;
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as code using Terraform;
  • Professional knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, GCP or Azure);
  • Deep understanding of Agile Practices;
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment;
  • This is remote job, it is not required that you live near a Kinly office.
