About the team
The Enterprise Information management (EIM) team is providing centralized reporting and data management services to all our colleagues in NL. The EIM team has the Objective to support Thales Nederland to become a Data driven organization in a changing digital environment.

EIM Lead

About the job
The EIM lead will be in charge of helping the company to build its EIM strategy and start its implementation in coordination with representatives from the business domains and with the IT team to provide the technical solutions.
- The EIM Lead will be in charge of developing the Team consisting of 6 team members on Business Reporting/Analytics and 3 on Master Data Management in terms of skills and delivering the services in the areas of Data Analytics, Business Reporting and Data Governance. After few months, The EIM lead will also be in charge of developing and implementing a successor plan.
- The direct reporting is to the Chief Data Officer of Thales Nederland (who is part of the Management Team of Thales NL)
- Master degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence or other relevant study
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics work, and 2 years in leading a team
- You have a clear vision and past experience how to setup and grow these activities.
