About the EIT Digital Master School
EIT Digital is becoming a key player in the education and training of state-of-the-art digital innovation and entrepreneurial skills, with an emphasis on higher/tertiary education.
EIT Digital currently runs seven 2-years Master programmes in partnership with 17 top-European technical universities around Europe. The programmes cover the full range of digital competencies required in the ongoing and future digital transformation of industry and society. EIT Digital trademark is to integrate Innovation and Entrepreneurship skills with the technical major studies to create T-shaped engineers.
Position reports to EIT Digital Chief Education Officer (CEdO).
The Role
We are looking for a leadership position for the Master School activities with a background in digital higher education and with a leadership background on faculty or department level.
Daily management of the Master Schools portfolio with a focus on operational excellence;
Manage, organise and lead the Master School in close collaboration with the EIT Digital university partners;
Manage and optimize the programmes portfolio and quality processes;
Define and implement new financial instruments to contribute to the EIT Digital sustainability;
Steer and manage student recruitment;
Manage relationship with stakeholders, such as students, partner universities and corporations;
Steer the transformation to blended programs;
Lead the integration of the Master School to innovation activities;
Leverage EIT Digital Master School reputation and brand.
Student recruitment, retention, and graduation;
Number of EIT labelled learners;
Externally financed tuition fees % / scholarships;
Number and quality of Partners engagement in Education activities.
