Your team consists of mainly System - and Test Engineers. Most of the team members are specialists in a certain domain (e.g. frontend RF behaviour, signal processing or tracking) and some of them are generalists. About the job We are looking for a preferably a younger colleague who is willing to grow in the role as a senior Test Manager for complex/high-end Radar systems. We offer you a learning trajectory by active coaching on the job combined with specific training courses. Your primary initial task is to get acquainted with the essential components of test management: be aware of the overall technical solution while managing planning, cost, risk and keeping a warm hearth for your team and other relations. About youTo make your application a success we are in search for a candidate who has the following qualifications: Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related technical study Ambitious, open minded Working experience is not strictly required but Affinity or some experience with project management, system/test engineering is a plus Good communication skills and able to work in multidisciplinary teams Fluency in spoken and written English and Dutch.
