We are looking for a candidate for the position of Junior Security Awareness Officer to strengthen the security of a financial asset management company.

  

Department 

Digital Policy & Resilience is recently established as a separate department within the COO domain to focus on company-wide policies for optimal use of data and technology and ensuring operational resilience. The department contains a pool of information security officers, analysts and IT control & assurance officers. The department head is also the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). 

This department is responsible to manage and provide assurance about data, technology and information security for our clients digital strategy.  

We are looking for a Junior Security Awareness Officer who supports and executes our clients security awareness program, develops and maintains security policy and monitors adherence to policy. Somebody who follows cyber security trends and regulations with an eye on innovation, a team player with good reporting skills. The responsibilities include implementing policy adherence and awareness programs, creating awareness, educating staff and supporting policy implementation. The Security Awareness Officer works closely together with all staff. 

  

Position & Requirements 

 

Requirements 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree; 
  • 2 years working experience of which preferably 1 year in Information Security; 
  • Experience with security awareness and education; 
  • Knowledge of information and cyber security, and willing to develop further on these topics; 
  • Experience with highly regulated industry such as the financial sector; 
  • Proficient in the Dutch as well as English language (written and spoken); 
  • Minimum availability of 4 days per week / 32 hours
