Marketing Campaign & Events Manager

As our Marketing Campaign & Events Manager you will deliver the right content to the right audience at the right time to, ultimately, nurture and grow our pipeline through campaigns, events and webinars.
You will be part of a small, yet very experienced Marketing Team. We manage all the brand, communications, and marketing efforts for the company. You will have full ownership of the various channels, this means that you will need to work independently, not only on an operational level but also on our strategic positioning. This means a lot of freedom to create, build & organize campaigns and events.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement campaigns (webinars, social and search advertising, email campaigns)
- Nurture workflow implementations and optimizations
- Set up well-rounded marketing plans to generate new leads
- Conduct campaign performance analysis
- Organize & manage events
Job requirements
What does it take?
- You have at least 5 years experience in a similar role
- There are 4 must-haves:
- experience with planning, setting up, and running 360 marketing campaigns across various platforms
- you need to have previous experience with creating and managing workflows
- managing your own, set budget
- and experience in B2B marketing
- This role furthermore requires you to be very analytical and to work with different teams; collaboration, curiosity & willingness to learn and share are key.
- This role is based in The Netherlands, we cannot provide relocation and/or work permit support.
