Projectmanager Cyber Security

The position

Our Project Management team of five is responsible for customer projects within our Managed Services department. We deliver services such as network, end point and log monitoring, fraud detection and prevention, forensics and incident response as well as cyber threat intelligence. Our customers have long-term contracts and as a PM you are in charge of implementing new services at new or existing customers. Together with security engineers and analysts you will be faced with a dynamic range of interactions, tasks and challenges, all centered around the delivery of our services. Most of our customers are situated in The Netherlands, but you will also work on international projects. Every organization needs to be aware and pro-active of their cyber security so we serve organizations across various sectors.

In this position you will:

• Engage, support and build relationships with a select range of customers and future customers by being their go-to person for their new or expanded services.
• Define project deliverables and ensure that they meet our quality standards.
• Designate allocation of resources in an effective and efficient manner closely working with our planning team.
• Supervise working schedules to ensure projects are completed within scope and within budget.
• Host and coordinate various formal and ad hoc customer meetings like kick-offs, progress meetings and evaluations.
• Have a close feedback loop to maintain progress of your projects.
• Work closely with the delivery engineers, security analysts and other internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to deliver a good service.

Your profile

You are a natural in managing and informing your stakeholders and you are very result oriented. You are fascinated by IT and cyber security and know how to deal with complex stakeholder management.

In addition you should:

• Preferably have 3-5 years of experience in a customer facing project management role.
• Be able and willing to engage with customers and stakeholders at various meetings, events and presentations.
• Be both comfortable and confident to communicate in Dutch and English (both in writing and verbally) with customers and colleagues.
• Have no problems with more in-depth screenings/background checks due to the nature of Fox-IT’s work and clients.
