You are working in a team that is responsible for managing the network security and connectivity in a global landscape, responsible for maintaining the network security of the Rabobank data centers and offices around the globe.  Working with an enthusiastic team of security specialists that manage a large range of security products, providing services for our customers and keeping the environment secure and up-to-date. That besides regular support activities, you also implement change requests based on your broad knowledge of ITIL processes. As a Security Delivery Analyst, you can make a difference.

The Infrastructure Services domain is one of the domains within the IT Infrastructure organization and delivers stable, high quality, secure and cost-effective infrastructure solutions for the Rabobank businesses. The Network Security team as part of the ISEU Network Security & Connectivity department is responsible for the maintenance and support of the international Firewall, IDS/IPS and DDI (DNS/DHCP) and DDOS-firewall services. The team manages the daily operations and maintenance of the security products and works in a Scrum team to deliver services to our customers and improve existing services within the security environment of the Rabobank worldwide infrastructure.

Making a difference  

• Implement customer Firewall and DNS requests.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to fix incidents or problems (during business hours and during standby).
• Participation in projects
• Create and solve change and problem tickets
• Provisioning and maintaining security services
• Live Cycle Management: Manage software and hardware upgrades/patches.
• Security & Compliance
• Operational capacity management
• Maintain relationship with stakeholders and vendors
• Maintain operational support procedures
• Maintain CMDB
• Run usage reports

Your technology stack consists of:

• Knowledge & Experience with Security products (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Threat Prevention, VPN’s, Access Control)
• Knowledge & Experience with Networking (Routing/Switching, DNS/DHCP)
• Knowledge & Experience with IPv4, IPv6, IPsec.
• Experience with products like Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Juniper, Radware, Infoblox, scaler, Clearpass, Cisco ACS is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with API scripting is a plus
• English writing and speaking at minimum level B1-intermediate certified
• Basic knowledge and experience about ITIL processes is required

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our NetSec team brings talented people together to keep the Rabobank’s global network infrastructure safe and operational. With you as a Delivery Analyst, the team will consist of 20 diverse colleagues in a variety of roles, including:

HR role - the intermediate between the team and management

LEX/AAS role – managing the authorizations of the department

Product owner role – Planning the backlog and first point of contact for customer requests

IC Risk & Compliance – managing the risk and compliance of the products

ITIL management – Incident, Problem and Change evaluation with the team. Consistency of CMDB.

Release management – Release planning and management of all security products.

This job is split between operational (run) and project (build) work (75%/25%). Some changes are planned outside business hours to minimize business impact. The team is operating from 2 sites: 12 colleges in Zeist (NL) and 3 colleges in London (UK). This job vacancy is for the location Zeist (NL).

• Experience and certification with managing Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Infoblox;
• Experience of working using ITIL best practices;
• Knowledge of with Agile, Lean and ITIL;
• English writing and speaking at minimum level B1-intermediate certified;
• Willingness to travel;
• Willingness to work outside office hours when needed
• Willingness to participate in a standby ROTA of the team for calamities/incidents.
