The Cyber Defense team at Accenture Security supports clients in transforming their development life cycle by embedding security from the beginning and enable development teams to own security of their product in the early stages of development. We help our clients by creating the process framework, implementation of application security tools (SAST, DAST) and integrating them in the DevOps pipeline and processes. Your job

  • As an Experienced Security Specialist in DevSecOps you will help our clients in developing and evangelizing the best practices for DevSecOps (secure CI/CD) by:

  • Helping the clients in developing the right DevSecOps solution that suits their technology landscape, development methodology and infrastructure.

  • Performing Threat Modelling and coaching agile software development teams embedding a security mind set.

  • Train development teams on secure development in development methodologies like waterfall and agile.

  • Architecting and building DevSecOps pipelines (Docker, Jenkins, SAST, DAST etc.) and the process framework to support the same.

  • Implement, run and integrate the security tools for SAST and DAST in DevOps pipeline.

  • Analyzing the outcome from the tools and help development teams in remediation.

  • Influence, guide and steer teams without using a direct hierarchical escalation.

Qualifications

 

Your background

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent (technical related);

  • 5+ years of work experience in application security SDLC.

  • In depth knowledge in application security concepts and frameworks like OWASP and NIST.

  • Skilled in providing secure development trainings to the development teams.

  • Well versed with the knowledge of the approach in implementing security in DevOps.

  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English and Dutch;

  • Experience in complex high-pressure environments (consulting experience, stakeholder management).

  • Hands-on project or consulting experience in implementing and operating SAST and DAST tools like Fortify, Checkmarx, SonarQube, HCL AppScan, WebInspect etc. At least one tool for SAST and DAST.

  • Security/cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure) is mandatory.

Preferred skills and/or knowledge:

  • Team player with strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and resolve complex problems;

  • Candidates with one or more of the following certifications are preferred:

  • ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CCSK, CSSLP, OSCP, CEH

  • Vendor Training & Certification: AZ-400, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Fortify, Checkmarx, HCL (IBM) AppScan
