Description:

Your job as Security Team Member

We are looking to expand our on-site security team with people who are passionate about data privacy and security. Unlike many other parties in our industry, we believe that compliance or security does not start with procedures, processes, and regulations. Instead, we strongly believe in individual freedom and trust our people to make wise decisions. But, security cannot be solely based on trust. Every single person working at Nedap Healthcare should be aware of the responsibility they have for the data we process on a daily basis and act accordingly. Security comes from within and security principles and communication should come into play every day; whether when building applications or when handling a customer phone call.

This where you come in. Are you interested in security? In finding ways how to balance our culture with ever-increasing security requirements? Both organizationally and technically?

Required experience and skills as a Security Team Member

We are looking for people with a cybersecurity background, both those who are looking to actually build and improve our security measures, as well as people who are more interested in the organizational implications. Experience with programming is definitely a plus but not necessary.

You are creative and are able to apply common sense to improve the security of our applications and protect the data of our clients. You will be joining a small but experienced team and working together with both our developers and external security consultants.
