Solution Engineer

With our growing customer base, we are looking for a Solution Engineer to strenghten our support team.

Inverid (since November the new name of InnoValor) is the market leader in NFC technology for mobile identity verification. Companies and governments worldwide use our ReadID software to verify identities remotely and reduce identity fraud. In doing so, we make life easier and more secure. Customers include banks like ING, Rabobank and ASB Bank (New-Zealand), government agencies like UK Home Office and the Danish Digital Agency, and digital online/signature services from itsme, SK ID Solutions and Digidentity.

Inverid is growing rapidly and is entering a new phase in its development, with the opening of international development and sales centres, and the expansion of all development teams. We were the winner of the FD Gouden Gazelle (medium-sized companies) for the fastest-growing company in the Eastern Netherlands and are among the 250 fastest-growing scale-ups in the Netherlands. We are based in the Netherlands (Enschede), with offices in London and Valencia. We currently have 50 employees with 12 different nationalities. The working language within Inverid is English.

Your responsibilities include:

• You make sure the customer gets what they are entitled to

• You are the linking pin between the ReadID team and the customer's dev-team, product owner or other relevant person
• You extract the actual customer's question, determine the urgency, and react accordingly
• You work in an global context with customers worldwide, with highly skilled colleagues from various nationalities
• You take part in improving API documentation, tech guides, admin guides, FAQs, sample code and whitepapers, based on your experience with customers

What do we expect?

• A university (MSc) or applied university/college (HBO/BSc) degree, for example in Computer Science or Software Engineering

• You are not afraid of some REST API documentation, json-files or JWT, maybe even willing to make some bash or python script once in a while
• You have good communication skills and can carefully manage customer's expectations and talk to your dev co-workers as well
• You always want to learn, you are open for feedback and trigger-happy in giving feedback
• You have good command of the English language (speaking and written)
• For purposes of co-operating with the team, you come to our Enschede office at a regular basis, typically at least two days/week
