Job requirements

Day-to-day, here's what you'll really do: 

  • Identify, plan, prepare and take ownership of tenders, bids, pre-qualifications and commercial proposals;
  • Put together offers combining all technical and commercial requirements - based on information from Business Development and Account Managers;
  • Prepare and support the Business Development Managers and Account Managers with customer presentations and discussions.

Ultimately, as a Tender Specialist, you’ll be part of the Sales Team, which includes Wind, Civil Aviation, Military Aviation, and Defence & Security. You’ll be reporting to the Sales Director who is there to support and guide you.

What we're after: 

  • A higher technical degree (HBO/WO);
  • You have more than 5 years of work experience in Sales and a proven track record in tender processes;
  • It will be an asset if you have legal and/or procurement knowledge;
  • Your written English is excellent;
  • You’re structured and reliable, and quality is always a top priority for you;
  • You have a passion for high-tech. Although you are not an engineer, you are able to understand and describe technology;
  • You can work independently without supervision and you show initiative in everything you do;
  • You have flawless planning and organisation skills.
