Job requirements

Day-to-day, here's what you'll really do:

  • Identify, plan, prepare and take ownership of tenders, bids, pre-qualifications and commercial proposals;
  • Put together offers combining all technical and commercial requirements - based on information from Business Development and Account Managers;

Ultimately, as a Tender Specialist, you’ll be part of the Sales Team, which includes Wind, Civil Aviation, Military Aviation, and Defence & Security. You’ll be reporting to the Sales Director who is there to support and guide you.

What we're after:

  • You are an analytical thinker, you can structure the unstructured. 
  • A higher degree (HBO/WO);
  • Experience in writing proposals in complete solutions for which you also have a consulting role in providing the customer in what is best for them;
  • It will be an asset if you have legal and/or procurement knowledge;
  • Your English is excellent;
  • You’re structured and reliable, and quality is always a top priority for you;
  • Although you are not an engineer, you are able to understand and describe technology;
  • You can work independently without supervision and you show initiative in everything you do;
  • You have flawless planning and self-organisation skills, you will be doing the work yourself.
