VP of Product Operations / VP Product Development

Job description

We’re looking for our VP of Product Operations for our flagship product: EclecticIQ Platform.

As proven business leader, you will be a key member of our Management Team, driving the product management and operations of our most profitable software. You will be accountable for the whole product capability, from product definition to release and support.

Missions

• Product definition.
  You align strategy, markets, sales, and customer demands against the reality of resources and prioritize features’ developments accordingly. Visionary, you lead and inspire your product managers while ensuring predictability and consistent reporting.
• Product development.
  You maximize velocity and quality in execution, managing product owners and having a clear understanding of your feature teams and their sprint planning.

• Product delivery and support.

  You own release planning and 3rd line support for your product. You ensure tickets are followed-up upon properly and integrated into your product definition process.

• Organization and day to day management.
  You devise and execute the overall operational strategy for your product capability. You improve your team structure and streamline their processes to ensure predictability and velocity across your missions.

Your profile

Well organized, you are decisive and able to inspire your team on a product and business level. You are results oriented and disciplined in executing your missions with a proper level of control. With your attention to detail and passion for technology you get excited delivering products that users love to use.

• Worked with B2B Enterprise software, cyber security a plus
• 5+ years experience as in a similar or adjacent role, such as CTO, CPO, COO or any of their VP/SVP flavors. Senior Product Managers with high level of execution are also welcome to apply
• You are an inspiring leader, able to recruit, grow and keep A+ talents motivated
• You are a team player and the preferred partner of our VP Product and VP Technology, who both work across products to ensure practice and portfolio consistency.
