PMO / Reporting Specialist

For a good relation in the region of Eindhoven, I am urgently looking for a Cyber Security Officer.

Your position as PMO/Reporting Specialist within the Cyber Security Office:

Are you a driven Project Management Officer who would enjoy a hands-on position within a high-tech international company? Can you drive the regular reports of the Information security indicatives and projects? This might be the next step for you!

You will work at the Head of the Cyber Security Office. Here, you will be responsible for bringing quality, structure and efficiency to the Cyber Security projects and the common activities. You will help improve project management and processes based on best practice.

Education and experience that we are looking for in an Information Project Management Officer

• Bachelor/master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field;

• Min. 5 years of relevant work in a PMO group is strongly preferred;

• Relevant experience working within the IT or CISO department;

• Experience with security frameworks like ISO 27001

• Senior experience with Excel required, macro programming is preferred;

• Strong knowledge of tooling like SharePoint, Teams, JIRA and Confluence;

• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint to design dashboards and reports; and

• A clear understanding of project management and IT governance principles like SAFe, Agile, PMBok, ITIL and ISO27k1.

Profile of a suitable candidate

• Able to identify threats and risks to business stakeholders;

• Good at dealing with resistance;

• Team player with a leadership mindset;

• Fluent in English, both writing and verbal; and

• Pro-active and hands-on mentality – positive energy!

Work will be from home, for now; a few days a week at the office in the foreseeable future. It is a position for 12 months with possibilities for extension. Start date: a.s.a.p.
