Description:

The Back-end Developer is in charge of designing, developing and delivering the server-side software code of Pandora Intelligence’s platform, and thereby building its core features and capabilities. The Back-end developer will be part of the Platform Team.


The Back-end Developer has knowledge of a broad range of programming languages, systems frameworks, and hosting environments as it needs to be efficient in building optimized and scalable code, incorporate relevant 3rd party libraries, consider security implications, and implement data storage applications.

 

To align on requirements, the Back-end Developer frequently collaborates with the Product Manager and other team members in the cross functional team.


What do we expect from a Back-end Developer? 

  • At least a BSc or equivalent, preferably a MSc in relevant field;

  • At least 4 years of experience in similar position;

  • Problem solving mindset, ability to take initiative and attention to detail;

  • Experience with C#, ASP.NET core, .NET and Visual Studio;

  • Expertise with cloud services such as MS Azure, AWS and GCP;

  • Knowledge of Identity Access Management e.g. OpenID;

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;

  • Being comfortable with database technologies like MongoDB, Microsoft SQL and Elastic;

  • Experience with CI/CD tooling, preferably Azure DevOps CI;

  • Perfect verbal and written English, Dutch would be a great addition.
