What will you be doing?

  • Assist our customers and researchers via various channels

  • Translate customers’ input into well-structured tickets for the product team

  • Support the Head of Customer Success with ad hoc tasks as requested

Must have:

  • Excellent communication skills: ensure clear and effective communication both externally and internally

  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

  • Understanding of cybersecurity and/or software engineering

Nice to have:

  • Experience in working with Atlassian products

  • Experience in working in cybersecurity

  • Experience in working in a customer-facing role

  • Knowledge and passion for cybersecurity and/or IT

  • Bachelor/master student or graduated with a Bachelor university diploma or equivalent
