Technical Writer

As a technical writer you will be working closely with our developers as a part of the Engineering team based in Amsterdam.

We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and who can switch focus based on our different target audiences.

Responsibilities 

• Author clear, complete, and concise documentation for our enterprise product.
• Collaborate with the design and the product teams.
• Plan and prioritize your work according to the release timelines.
• Contribute independently to team initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of experience in the field.
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Working experience in Scrum/Kanban
• Working experience in product development tools similar to Target process/Jira.
• Familiar with practices such as single-source, content reuse, and minimalism (yes, we like the Oxford comma) is a plus.
• Knowledge of wikis, in particular Confluence and its ecosystem is a plus.
• Experience in Threat Intelligence industry is a plus.
