On 6 November, the CADMUS consortium with participants from 4 countries gathered at Algebra Bernays University in Zagreb. It was an important moment to share the progress of the CADMUS project and continue to build on our shared ambition: strengthening digital resilience in SMEs and the public sector. The Dutch delegation consisted of Mark Ruijsendaal & Mira van Benthem (HSD) and Stephan Corporaal & Carine van Vliet (CVD).
Based on the recent skills gap analysis and other insights gained from the labour market and education market analyses, the CADMUS consortium is developing targeted training courses that respond precisely to the shortages in cybersecurity competencies.
These training courses are designed for concrete learning outcomes and support several roles, tailored to the unique challenges faced by organisations on a daily basis:
At the end of this month, the consortium will present a detailed training plan that translates these insights into practical training programmes; an important step towards a future-proof cybersecurity approach in Europe.
