What will you learn

The curriculum of this Master's programme has been developed in close collaboration with the Nijmegen School of Management. The programme will teach you to become a digital architect who can look beyond mere technical sides to ICT adoption in designing competitive business solutions. In addition to developing a strong basis in systems approaches to information and management, students will specialise either as a Security or privacy officer, or in Alignment and IT.

Future career opportunities

There is a big demand for highly trained information experts who can bridge the gap between the builders and the users of IT to ensure good, user-friendly technology that meets an organisation's needs. Many of our students are offered jobs even before they graduate. Most go into industry, banking and insurance, or public-sector organisations such as schools and hospitals.

This Master’s programme is taught by top researchers and ICT experts of the Institute for Computing and Information Sciences (iCIS), with world-class expertise in security, privacy, and big data. Nijmegen School of Management brings its expertise in Business Administration, in particular on organisational development and design (incl. technology implementation as a form of organisational design), knowledge management, and innovation management.
